Family Worker

The Family Worker delivers services and advocacy for families enrolled in the Head Start program, supporting family engagement, school readiness goals, and full enrollment. The role involves recruitment, eligibility documentation, strength-based goal setting, home visits, referrals, and parent workshops. Accurate documentation in GoEngage and collaboration with the Center Director and service staff are essential to align on family needs and upcoming meetings.
