About this role

CHANEL Italia is seeking an Intern for the Fashion & WFJ Client Engagement & Development team to support client experience initiatives and event organization across the Italian network. The role involves collaborating with boutiques and local teams to ensure consistency in engagement activities, supporting the creation of engagement materials, and assisting with governance reporting and gifting strategy coordination.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with boutiques and local teams to ensure consistency in client engagement initiatives
Support the creation and validation of client engagement materials and tools
Assist in governance reporting and preparation of weekly and monthly marketing updates
Coordinate gifting strategy activities including asset sharing and order management
Monitor operational issues and bugs in collaboration with European and local teams
