About this role

Konsultan sebagai Fasilitator Masyarakat Hukum Adat dalam program pendaftaran tanah ulayat, dengan fokus pada pendampingan partisipatif, sosialisasi, dan koordinasi dengan masyarakat adat dan pemerintah. Fasilitator bertugas di tujuh kabupaten di Indonesia untuk memastikan penerapan prinsip FPIC dan pengembangan kapasitas Masyarakat Hukum Adat.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Community Development, Environmental Law, or related field3 years of work experience with Indigenous Communities (MHA), particularly in community facilitation, participatory approaches, or initiatives related to customary landResidence in one of the target districts (Bogor, Ngada, Kampar, Pelalawan, Luwu, Buton Selatan, Lombok Tengah) or the same provinceUnderstanding and application of FPIC principles in all facilitation activitiesBasic knowledge of customary land governance, rights of indigenous communities, and participatory mapping processes
