Feather Operator

The Feather Operator is responsible for operating computer-controlled process equipment, including cookers and machinery, while evaluating process problems and conducting product quality testing. This role oversees the rendering process from raw material to finished goods storage, ensuring steady material flow and peak operating levels for temperature, rate, and steam. The position also involves monitoring control panels, operating pollution control systems, and performing preventative maintenance on all equipment.
