About this role
SD Guthrie Berhad's PROTÉGÉ Programme is a 1-year graduate trainee intake beginning February 2026 at SD Guthrie International (KCP Carey Island). The programme places Malaysian university graduates across multiple departments including Shipping & Logistics, Engineering, Quality Control, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resources & Administration, Finance and Procurement. Participants receive one-week leadership training, a year of on-the-job training with an Individual Development Plan, and benefits such as medical and insurance coverage. Applicants must be degree holders with a minimum CGPA of 2.7 and be able to travel to Carey Island, Selangor for work.
