The Federal Lobbyist for Blue Cross NC and CuraCor Group leads the development and implementation of federal public affairs strategies to advance the company’s commercial and government insurance and healthcare delivery interests. The role represents the enterprise with Congress, federal agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders and advises senior leadership on legislative and regulatory impacts. It also ensures compliance with federal lobbying disclosure and ethics requirements while aligning advocacy efforts with business priorities.
