The Federal Critical Operations Technician I is an on-site technician supporting a 24x7x365 data center environment. The role focuses on maintaining and monitoring building and data center systems, and providing hands-on and remote assistance for customer equipment and infrastructure. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and pass a CI polygraph.
