About this role

Guidehouse is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to support federal clients with improving operational performance, standardizing business processes, and implementing organizational improvement initiatives associated with contracts and grants management. The Consultant will support process analysis, SOP development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities across a variety of client programs and operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with client stakeholders and project teams to document current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop future-state recommendations, and support implementation efforts.
