Federal Preconstruction Lead

The Federal Preconstruction Lead at Perini Management Services will drive the identification and development of federal project opportunities, build and manage preconstruction teams, and create estimate strategies for accelerated design‑build to budget projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the role involves coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with federal regulations and successful project capture.
