Fee-for-Service Clinician

The Fee-for-Service Clinician provides culturally responsive behavioral health services in emergency shelters and community mental health centers, delivering outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, providing evidence-based counseling, collaborating with community resources, and developing group programming based on community needs. This position supports short-term needs and long-term recovery through trauma-informed, strengths-based care.
