Fehrer Set Up Mold Operator

The Fehrer Set Up Mold Operator is responsible for setting up molds for changes, cleaning and prepping them for production, and assisting on the production floor as needed. This role involves tracking mold maintenance, reporting issues, and preparing molds for storage or shipment. The position requires a forklift certified individual with basic manufacturing maintenance knowledge to support continuous improvement efforts.
