The Fellow and Technical Lead, NPU serves as CARIAD’s senior technical authority for automotive neural processing unit (NPU) architecture, microarchitecture, and integration into the system-on-chip (SoC). This role provides advanced architectural leadership, influences critical technical decisions, and translates AI workloads and product requirements into NPU designs.
