About this role

The Hate & Prevention Fellow leads community education initiatives to prevent radicalization, focusing on identity-based hate, misogyny, and other forms of extremism while advancing a public-health, non-carceral approach. This two-year fellowship works collaboratively across SPLC teams and with external partners to adapt evidence-based resources, support affected communities, and ensure victim-survivor responsiveness. The role requires travel (up to 35%) and reports to the Deputy Director, Prevention & Partnerships.
