Fellowships Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support smooth execution of all fellowship programs, including virtual session logistics, tech support, and participant communications.
• Lead recruitment processes with senior staff support, including outreach, application design, tracking, application review process, and applicant communications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, and ensure fellows receive timely access to platforms, materials, schedules, and orientation resources.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for fellows, responding to logistical and administrative questions.
• Maintain accurate program materials and resources across PRP U, Zoom, Salesforce, Form Assembly, and internal drives, and upload/update learning content and templates.
