About this role
As a Front End of Line (FEOL) Module Integration Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, you will be responsible for process integration related to Silicon Fab-in thru Source/Drain Junction Steps for all Tech Nodes. This role focuses on driving module process enhancements to improve yield, quality, and cost competitiveness of products, owning all systematic operations related to these steps.
