Fermentation Cellar Technician

This role supports the beer-making process by maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary fermentation cellar and managing the transition from wort receipt to finished beer. The position involves cleaning and maintaining cold-side brewing equipment, monitoring fermentation profiles, and assisting with ingredient additions and barrel brewing procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanitary food or beverage processing and be available to work various shifts.
