About this role

Nitricium is seeking a Fertilizer Production Technician II to operate and maintain equipment for on‑site nitrogen fertilizer production at its Delhi, California plant. The role involves running reactors, pumps, and related systems, performing water chemistry analysis, and ensuring safety and quality on a rotating 4‑days‑on/2‑days‑off schedule that starts on the night shift and transitions to day shift. The technician will work independently, record production data, and collaborate with engineering and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain fertilizer production equipment
Monitor and adjust reactor parameters and perform water chemistry analysis
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and record keeping
