FFT Therapist

Grace Harbour is seeking a compassionate FFT Therapist to provide home-based family therapy services to youth and their families using the Functional Family Therapy model. The role involves delivering individualized, strengths-based treatment in home, school, and community settings while collaborating with schools and community organizations to ensure coordinated care. This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet families when they are available and maintaining a caseload of 10 to 15 families.
