FFT Therapist

The FFT Therapist provides structured, family-focused treatment in homes and community settings to help youth and families strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and build lasting skills. This role involves partnering with youth, caregivers, and community supports to address behavioral and emotional concerns while improving family functioning and stability. The position includes delivering Functional Family Therapy (FFT) through engagement, motivation, and skill coaching, alongside completing required training and maintaining clinical documentation.
