Fiber Optic Cable Jointer

The Fiber Optic Cable Jointer is a skilled tradesperson responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical power distribution systems and their associated auxiliary systems, particularly in the field of fiber optics. This role involves performing safely new construction, maintenance, and repair activities on live and de-energized underground systems, as well as assisting Cable Power Jointers in their activities. The position requires frequent travel to onshore and offshore project sites to work on high-voltage systems and minimize failure rates during splicing and termination activities.
