Fiber Optic Splicing Intern

TransCore (TCI) is offering a 6‑month temporary Fiber Optic Splicing Intern program in Tampa, Florida, with the possibility of conversion to a full‑time role. The internship provides hands‑on training from basic fiber handling and cable preparation to advanced splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of high‑fiber‑count networks. Interns will work on splice enclosure preparation, use OTDRs and other testing equipment, and develop skills in complex splice configurations.
