The Fiber Yard Operator is responsible for staging bailed and loose raw materials for the paper mill in a 24/7 operation. The role involves operating various industrial mobile equipment, such as forklifts and front-end loaders, while adhering to strict safety protocols and inventory procedures. This position requires working 12-hour shifts on a 4-shift rotational schedule.
