About this role

FTSE Russell is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery and evolution of index, benchmark, and data solutions across the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) portfolio. The role involves translating strategic, client, operational, regulatory, and technology needs into clear deliverable outcomes while working across the product lifecycle. The Business Analyst will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and platform transformation.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements for FICC indices and benchmarks
Support delivery of new products and platform transformations across the product lifecycle
Coordinate business testing and user acceptance testing for system implementations
