About this role
Fidelity’s Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is a preparatory program that helps candidates learn about the financial services industry and prepares them to sit for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. Participants are not employed by Fidelity during the program but receive study materials, access to a personalized portal, and engagement with Fidelity leaders. Upon successful completion, participants can apply for licensed full-time roles such as Customer Relationship Advocate and continue to pursue Series 7 and other licenses.
