Fidelity’s Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is an entry-level training program that helps participants prepare to sit for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and learn about careers at Fidelity. The program provides study materials, exam fee coverage, and access to Fidelity resources and leaders, while allowing participants to explore the firm’s culture and career opportunities. Participants are not employed by Fidelity during the program and may be recruited for full-time licensed roles upon successful completion.
