Field Account & Quality Coordinator

A Field Account & Quality Coordinator at SEEL drives energy efficiency program operations by managing the full conversion path for residential and commercial projects, from intake to verified savings. The role serves as a critical liaison between account managers, field staff, contractors, and internal departments to ensure quality control, timely completions, and accurate data tracking. As a leader of the field team without direct supervision, this coordinator identifies stalled work, resolves operational bottlenecks, and supports program performance goals.
