A Field Agent for SLR Better Mining safeguards the integrity of mineral supply chains by ensuring mine sites operate ethically and in line with international responsible sourcing standards. Based in Rwanda, the role requires extended on-site presence at assigned mine projects to identify, report, and escalate risks related to human rights, health and safety, environment, fraud, illegal mining, and conflict minerals. Field Agents must act with integrity, promptly escalate concerns, and support sustainable practices and community well-being.
