This hybrid role combines electrical Balance of System (eBOS) engineering expertise with hands-on implementation to ensure reliable, compliant operation of power block technologies. The position requires collaboration across product development, R&D, and field sites to optimize system performance and grid integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate eBOS designs for PV plus Storage systems
Conduct system-level testing and grid compliance validation
Support field commissioning and troubleshoot electrical faults
Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, and IEEE standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product integration
