This role is part of the Career Accelerator Program and the FAST Program, designed to prepare participants for customer-oriented careers that combine technical skills with business perspectives. The 12-month Field Applications Engineer track includes three rotations focused on field sales, mass market scaling, and business unit systems engineering to develop technical expertise and customer relationship skills. Upon completion, participants join the Worldwide Sales & Applications team to provide system-level solutions and influence part selection processes.
