Field Care Supervisor

The Field Care Supervisor supports high-quality, person-centred care by supervising and developing Care Assistants while ensuring client care plans remain accurate and safe. Based out of the Bishop’s Stortford branch, the role involves extensive community travel across Stevenage and Central Bedfordshire to conduct assessments, audits, and staff supervisions. This full-time position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining CQC compliance and operational standards.
