Field Care Supervisor

The Field Care Supervisor role supports the delivery of high-quality care services by assessing individual needs, supervising care workers, and collaborating with Care Coordinators to plan effective rotas. The position involves conducting regular service reviews, risk assessments, and on-site observations to ensure competence and address performance concerns. This field-based role also includes some office-based administrative work and requires a driving licence with own transport.
