Field Care Supervisor

The Field Care Supervisor supports high-quality, person-centred care by supervising and coaching Care Assistants while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and organisational procedures. This community-based role involves conducting risk and needs assessments, performing quality audits, and maintaining accurate records to help clients maintain their independence and dignity. The position requires extensive travel across Stevenage, Biggleswade, Sandy, and surrounding areas to build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
