Field Collection Associate Manager

Cerved is seeking a Field Collection Associate Manager to lead the Field Collection structure in Southern Italy based in Tremestrieri Etneo. The role involves selecting and training new collectors, mapping workloads, assigning batches, and conducting on-site operational support five days a week. This position also requires direct credit recovery where necessary and analyzing collector performance metrics.
