Field Compressor Journeyman

The Field Compressor Journeyman rotates on a 14/14 schedule to service the Odessa/Midland area, leading and training other technicians while performing maintenance on natural gas engines and compressors. This role involves promoting positive attitudes, assisting with daily job assignments, and ensuring all work meets WPI and OEM standards. The position requires minimal supervision and focuses on safe, effective job procedures and high-quality housekeeping.
