Field Construction Manager

The Field Construction Manager leads the on-time, on-budget construction of Clearwave Fiber's outside plant fiber network, partnering with design, project management, and contractor teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant construction. This hands-on leadership role oversees field execution, contractor performance, quality control, and team development to turn designs into live, revenue-producing fiber. The position requires strong knowledge of telecommunications OSP construction, safety compliance, and team management skills.
