Field Director

Groundswell Contact is hiring two Field Directors, a Lead Director and a Canvass Director, to manage a direct voter contact program across Montana's Blackfeet and CSKT/Flathead Reservations. This heavily field-based leadership role involves extensive canvassing, team management, and data integrity oversight to boost voter turnout in tribal communities. The position requires strong local community engagement and the ability to operate independently in rural, dispersed territories.
