The Field Electrical & Service Engineer provides on‑site and remote electrical and control system support for high‑tech printing equipment, combining troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation duties. Working from the Erlanger, KY office and traveling across North America (with occasional international trips), the role ensures equipment reliability and high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and strong communication.

They are best known for their award-winning sci-fi captain RPG Star Traders: Frontiers and their cyberpunk heist squad tactics RPG Cyber Knights: Flashpoint.
