The Field Engineer Development Program is a two-year on-the-job training initiative designed to develop technical experts and future leaders within Schindler's operations. Trainees gain comprehensive exposure through job rotations across various technical aspects, including elevator and escalator installation and maintenance. The program combines classroom instruction, e-learning, and hands-on experience with mentoring and strategic exposure to senior leadership.
