As a Field Engineer Planner, you will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of the Baxi Customer Support Field Engineer Workforce while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The role involves collaborating with Field Team Managers, proactively planning engineer schedules, and maintaining effective communication with engineers and customers. You will work as part of the service operation team to ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
