Field Engineer – Trade Family - Core

The Field Engineer – Trade Family - Core role involves actively participating in project-specific safety plans and executing self-perform work as part of a crew of craftsmen. This position focuses on acquiring knowledge of construction techniques, company best practices, and Lean processes through hands-on training and collaboration with project teams. The role requires building relationships with tradespeople and superintendents while contributing to the success of large Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.
