About this role

Symbotic is seeking a Field Engineer to serve as a field leader within the Site Installations organization, responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of automation installation scopes on live customer sites. This hands-on leadership role requires driving multi-discipline teams, making real-time decisions under pressure, and ensuring systems are installed safely and within budget. The position involves extensive travel to customer locations to oversee the full on-site installation lifecycle from mobilization through commissioning readiness.

Drive safe high-quality installation across electricians controls technicians and third-party contractors
Own cell-level readiness for handoff to commissioning with minimal rework and zero safety incidents
