Field Engineer

Select Maintenance LLC is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to join their Dallas-Fort Worth Division. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in heavy civil construction while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Operations teams. The Field Engineer plays a key role in supporting daily project operations by coordinating field activities, tracking production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
