Field Heavy Equipment Technician

As a Field Heavy Equipment Technician for Southwest JCB, you will be an integral member of the service department in a customer-facing role. The position’s primary focus is to perform quality preventative maintenance activities, diagnose and troubleshoot assigned equipment to determine if field repairs or shop repairs are appropriate, and complete field repairs through the teardown and reassembly of major systems, along with component and part replacement, all while providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
