Field HR Assistant

The Field HR Assistant supports day-to-day human resource activities at the Ngerengere operational site in Morogoro, Tanzania. This on-site role involves assisting employees and management with attendance, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, and staff welfare. The position requires a proactive individual comfortable working in a field-based environment and interacting closely with staff across various departments.
