Field Learning Manager

The Field Learning Manager leads the site learning and development strategy to strengthen onboarding, on-the-job capability, and support Operational Excellence. As a member of the OpEx leadership team, this role serves as the primary Field Learning point of contact and builds partnerships across operations and support functions to drive site and network performance. The position oversees training programs, compliance, and leader capability while communicating impact to senior leadership. It contributes to a safety-first, quality-driven culture in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
