Field Make Ready Technician

The Field Make Ready Technician performs site assessments, quality control inspections, and documentation of Outside Plant telecommunications infrastructure to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role is critical in the pre-construction phase, preparing sites for the next phase of work, as well as final quality checks on completed projects. The position involves conducting pre-construction site surveys, verifying adherence to engineering prints, and troubleshooting technical problems related to plant readiness and construction quality.
