Field Manager

Atkinson Landscaping is seeking a Field Manager to provide hands-on leadership for 3–5 crews, overseeing landscape installation and snow removal operations year-round. This role focuses on driving production, ensuring quality standards, and training crew members while managing project budgets and schedules. The Field Manager collaborates closely with the Operations Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and Estimator to maintain efficient and cost-effective project execution.
