Field Marshal

The Field Marshal creates a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for league and tournament participants by providing exceptional customer service, enforcing facility policies, and supporting game operations. This on-site role involves serving as the primary on-field representative, ensuring efficient game flow, and maintaining a positive environment for players, coaches, and spectators. Field Marshals may also officiate low-stakes youth recreational league games after completing training.
