Field Mechanic

Field Mechanics are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing company vehicles, trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and construction equipment in the field. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and responding to field service calls to ensure equipment reliability and safety. The position supports operations throughout the Tampa Bay area and requires independent troubleshooting and coordination with fleet operations.
