Field Office Coordinator

The Field Office Coordinator provides administrative, payroll, workforce, and safety support to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for employee onboarding, timekeeping, payroll administration, reporting, recordkeeping, invoicing, and office coordination, while also supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs through training administration, compliance tracking, safety reporting, field compliance audits, and workforce safety initiatives. The position serves as a key resource for employees, management, and clients by maintaining accurate records, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting overall operational success.
